- I will be ending my current service with another refuse provider before the 7/1/20 start with Republic. Can I setup an individual account with Republic Services for a few months before the new contract?

- Do other senior living developments in the Tucson area charge capital contribution fees? If so, provide examples of such developments, e.g. Saddlebrooke and Saddlebrooke Ranch, and the current capital contribution fee for each.

- The second paragraph of proposed action #3 is not clear. It states that "the multiplier can be up to 2.0 as determined by the board". "HOWEVER, THE BOARD MAY CHANGE THE MULTIPLIER AT ANY TIME ..." The wording is ambiguous. It appears to give the board the authority to increase the multiplier beyond 2.0 without member approval. Could you please clarify this point?

- I read somewhere that trash and recycle pick up may be required to be on differing days in differing parts of SCOV. It looks like there will be two trucks. One for trash and one for recycle. If so, that will be two disturbances from trash and recycle on the designated day. Those opting for two pick ups per week will cause additional truck trips each week through the neighborhoods. How does this reduce vehicle trips and noise from the present system for pick up if more than one day is required?
- Can a resident opt for trash pick up only and not accept a recycle bin and or not participate in recycling?
- If yes, will SCOV have, "Opt Out", contact information available for individuals who wish to be immediately opted out of solicitations?
