- Agreement would establish a new revenue stream for SCOV
- Over $350,000 - Contract signing payment to SCOV
- Over $100,000 - Annual revenue sharing with SCOV (estimate based on current 63% market saturation; could increase or decrease depending on Comcast market share)
- Over $1 million – Revenue shared with SCOV over contract term (estimate based on above)
- Revenues would reduce increases in annual dues and/or assessments for future SCOV operations or projects
- Cost to residents = $0
