No, the new service will only be once a week trash/recycle.  This decision was made to reduce the amount of trucks and wear and tear on the roads.  Residents can receive a second trash container (serviced on the same day) for an additional charge.  This service will be setup and billed to the individual homeowner, and not be part of the group bill that is paid by the assessments.

Many current Republic Services customers are on different billing cycles.  To avoid service interruptions or late fees, please pay your invoices in full.  After 6/30/20, your account will automatically be closed and any remaining credits will be returned to you.

No, the delivery drivers will leave the containers at the end of your driveway on the day you selected on the survey.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver containers before 6/30/20.  The survey was conducted to collect container size data for a custom order for SCOV.  The Containers will not be in stock for delivery until 6/30/20 and after.  It is recommended that you fill out the survey with all your information and choose “none of these dates work for me.” Please email us at SCOV@Republicservices.com a few weeks prior to your return, and we will setup a new delivery upon your arrival.

This is not recommended.  It will highly contaminate the data entry conversion and container inventory selected in the surveys.  Please schedule the removals of your containers with your current provider (other than Republic) for a date close to 6/30/20.  This will prevent you from being without trash/recycle service for an extended period of time.
