A valid SCOV facility card is needed in order to check out items from the library. Once a patron is registered in the library system, they may use either the SCOV facility card or a SCOV key fob for check out. Payment of the yearly SCOV dues is required to assure access to the library.

Browsing the library shelves is not the only way to search our collection. You may access our online catalog, from the library or at home, to search for items, place them on reserve, and even renew them. Click on “LINK TO OUR ONLINE CATALOG” on the SCOV Library homepage. When an item is ready for you to pick up you will receive an email (or phone call) letting you know.

Once you are ready to check out, present your items and SCOV facility card or key fob to the friendly volunteer at the circulation desk and they will check the items out for you. Volunteers can also assist you in searching the catalog or renewing items.
